Project Description:
The Interior to Lower Mainland Project (ILM) involved the construction of a 255 km of 500 kV steel tower transmission line from Nicola Substation near Merritt to Meridian Substation in Coquitlam, BC.

We participated in QA/QC checks, constructability reviews for field work, and design reviews which reduced the total number of structures needed for the project. We also participated in value engineering exercises with BC Hydro, which provided significant cost savings for BC Hydro.
